Boogie-Woogie

So I wanted to check in and let everyone know what's going on with me. I am in Kentucky and have been for nearly 10 days now. I came up to help Clay with two weddings, and David and I decided to schedule some work on our house (refinished hardwoods! kitchen renovation! yeah!) during the time I was to be gone. Well the work is a wee bit behind schedule, so I am stuck here at least until tomorrow.

That said, I wanted to share something funny Ada did today. She has recently learned the word 'help' and uses it a lot. Like, if she can't get something on her fork, "Help." Needs down out of a chair? "Help." Wants her shoes put on, "Help." So today, we were in WalMart checking out, when I noticed she had a HUGE boogie in her nose. I told her as much and so she started digging for it. But she couldn't get it so after a good long try, boogie still intact in her nose, she finally turns to me and says, "Help."

Ada gets some "help" with her soup at lunch.
