Cookie Monsters

A few years ago, my friend Crissie and I were bored so we decorated a few Christmas cookies. Ever since, we've had a cookie decorating party to get in the spirit of the holidays. Here are a few from this year's par-tay. Please keep in mind, this event is more about getting together than about making Martha Stewart-caliber cookies. Although this one did turn out well (okay, it was from a kit. Still.).

What can I say? We may not be the coolest kids in town, but we have a lot of fun. Our friends Kathryn and Steve stopped by with their favorite little elf, baby Cole:
I highly recommend a cookie session. It's great for being creative, relieving stress, and feeling like a kid again.
