The Sweetest Audience
My girls like to be read to. So today when I was yapping with my friend Marla at the library, they pulled up a pillow to listen to a mom who was actually reading to her kids. I'm the mom of the year, I tell ya. Talking and taking a picture while some other mother chose the better part.
(For the record, a few minutes later while reading "A Fish Out of Water," my dad's all-time favorite kids book, I had an audience of non-Mast children myself. So there.
