David worked on Christmas Eve, but thankfully, my mother and father were here to enjoy the day with us. We went to Lenox Mall, where they took the girls on the Pink Pig again. Then the girls got cookies. What could make a pudgy little pink baby happier than two hands offering cookies?

I thought we should have something warm and delicious on the night before Christmas, so made from scratch chicken pot pie won out… I have recently mastered are of making a flaky pie crust, and made super cute Christmas themed cutouts to decorate the top….. Happy bellies for all.
One last teaser… here’s Skinny Tree with all the loot under it. Note the Elmo paper. I died a little inside the day that showed up at my house.
