This weekend was so cold and nasty outside, so we headed to one of our favorite indoor spots for breakfast,
Crescent Moon. Aside from the usual tasty treats, we got an additional surprise... Ada is now fully adept at coloring! David and I were such dorks, just staring at her and smiling, completely enamored with her artwork. We could hardly look at the menu for admiring her. Take a look at her mad Crayola skills.
She's a hoarder, so she liked to have free access to all the crayons at all times.
And I just had to post a picture of her in her little outfit. My friend Kathryn says she looks like a stick of
Fruit Stripe Gum. Me, I love it when kids are dressed fun. Lemme tell ya, Ada's closet is way more exciting to look in than mine (black top, black pants, black skirt... brown top, different black pants... you get the picture).
